My aircraft can't display color topographic images on ND

Q: I cannot see any Terrain on ND, even though I have the TERR ON ND button pushed.  My OS = Win7 SP1

A. Right click on the file - dxgi.dll and if it is OLDER than this version - 6.2.9200.16492 13-Jan-2013, then you need to apply the Win7 SP1  Platform Update, which can be found at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805

 I mean in my ND on airbus planes can't display color on the screen of the terrain information, and any color meteorological information, mine is P3D version, is the plug-in version problem, thank you！! I also have AS2016 plugin!
