  4. Small update- We've found a couple issues that we're working on to fix. I know we'd like to have the update in your hands, but we need a bit more time to get it done. Apologies for the delay, SU2 is quite a major update and there a a few things that are different from 2020, even though this is a compatibility update, rather than an all-new model. I really feel for the Asobo developers who have not just one, but all the different development houses to deal with, with so many different requests and ways to do things... .

  6. As I said on Tuesday, as soon as those last remaining snags are resolved . Apologies for the delay!

  7. Regarding FSLabs on MSFS 2024, it's time to step things up. At some point, progress needs to happen — it’s simply not acceptable that, in 2025, there is still zero official communication. There is no Discord server, no updates, no roadmap, and almost no interaction with the community. It’s frustrating for those of us who have supported the brand for years. Things need to evolve. The industry has moved forward, the competition is strong (Fenix, PMDG, etc.), and staying silent this long is not a viable strategy anymore. We’re waiting for something concrete: clear communication, transparency, and especially news about compatibility with MSFS 2024.

  8. We are in the testing process - there's a couple snags we are trying to get around, before we can push to our experimental channel. Once those are done, it'll be out.

  9. Once we have more news on the NEO we'll share it - forgive us but some things need to be kept private until we're ready to show them off . As for the 330 - as per our previous announcements, it is on the roadmap...

  10. You are correct. We are trying hard to work and get our product line in MSFS2024, sometimes we keep our heads down way too long and get deeply involved in the development process and communication falls behind. Thank you for bringing your opinion here and posting it - while you seem to be quite a fresh forum member (Dec 2024), we welcome your opinion equally with our old-time customers of course! That's why I communicated the plan to get our CEO products in 2024 with the SU2 release and why when that got delayed a bit, I came here to communicate that. That's also why our News section in our web site, along with our updates, communicates what our plans are each time going forward. That's where you can find our roadmap (I also tend to copy that text over to our Announcement section). There is also an (unofficial) Discord server that we are on, you will find our devs and testers frequently replying there and helping people who ask questions. Perhaps you are unaware of it? So yes- we are trying to get better in communicating, even more so while we are developing. Oh - and I very much appreciate the replies, so keep them coming! Cheers!

  12. Hi Stephen, I don't remember the quote but I might be talking about different updates within the same MSFS product? i.e. 2020? The 2024 product is so in-flux right now, with things changing continuously (just take a look at devsupport.flightsimulator.com or the bug list Jorg posts each week) that it's impossible to know from one release to the other what might change. For example, there's an issue with what they call "light flares" that happen in 2024 with light effects that cause big bright or black blobs to appear where the light effects are positioned - those are to be fixed in SU3 - possibly . But we're helping Asobo out with everything - and that takes time! Hope that answers you!

  13. Congratulation @Norman Blackburn @Lefteris Kalamaras and team for the MSFS2024 release. I haven't streamed for about a month now, but will for sure flight this live very soon. This is another flight for me in MSFS2024, and did you guys change something on the flight model? It feels so smooth and natural that I do not want to use AP at all and just handfly. Takeoff and especially landing have been really precise!

  15. Hi Alessandro, our wonderful beta team noticed a couple glitches in MSFS2024 we're fixing. I don't have an ETA at this time, as it's the weekend, but we want them done before we can release. Note: There are several other glitches we've noticed and reported to Asobo that we do not consider critical enough to block release - some are because they're getting fixed in the upcoming SU3beta and some because - well, no flight simulator is ever perfect and they fall under the "if we can figure out workarounds, we will make them happen". Apologies for not having reported here before you felt the need to give me a ping.

  22. I considered myself one the "old" guys around, who got tired of 0 communication to the point I stopped visiting the forums, something I used to do on daily basis. I have never stopped supporting FSlabs, I bought the P3D concorde v2 without even having P3d installed anymore. But looking at the recent updates from you and other team members is really a good sign that maybe things will change for the better. Thanks for all the great products and now an enhanced communication.

  23. Hi friends, a few weeks ago, I asked when the version for FS2024 would be available, and you told me that it would be when the new version of FS2024 was released. Well, it's already been released, and I'm ready to receive my planes with the new version! What day will the new versions be delivered, or what day will they be activated in FSControl? Thank you very much. have good day !

  24. As far as I can tell, there's nothing we can say or do to influence when SU2 will be released - I can only say that it is needed before we *can* release, as there are fixes in there that are necessary for us. (as long as they stay until the SU2 RTM) Cheers,

  27. There is a pattern of vaporware with these projects, and FSLabs does not issue any updates other than “work is ongoing and when we have something to share, we’ll share it”. I personally find the strategy of announcing such projects followed by years of radio silence on any meaningful progress updates a bit disrespectful to customers. We are all here because at the end of the day, we support FSLabs, their work and want them to do well, and underlining it all, we are all very passionate about aviation. This business of announcing/teasing a project followed by long duration radio silence leaves one to believe the project is either not going well, or that FSLabs is insensitive to the customer regard/passionate interest at play. Not to get too into psychology, but a dev that provides even modest updates is able to develop a rapport with their customer base such that years of delays are broadly tolerated by customers with understanding and support, and most importantly, calibrated expectations that it’s going to be a while. To answer your overall question, I believe the A330 is coming to MSFS, although I have zero SA on whether it’s months or years away.

  28. I love the new update. The only problems that I am having are -Decrabbing the plane on landing violently changes the direction of the plane at touchdown -Nose lift up behaviour at landing very sensitive? (When I try to flare the nose, the nose easily goes up in the air again with little input) -(Cosmetic) The cabin should have the same „view“ as the cockpit, so you can basically walk into the cabin from the cockpit, instead of the outside view, if you know what I mean. …And damn that gear down thump sound was so satisfying to hear Regards

  40. Are you sure? All people I am talking to are still on 2020. I just tried the latest Update for MSFS 2024 and yes, its getting better but compared to my 2020, 2024 runs much worst and I dont know why and my 2020 looks so much better than the 2024, which is also strange because it should be in the other direction I mean, for VFR bush flying and walking around, 2024 is absolutly amazing, there is no way to compare it to 2020, but tbh, 90% of my flights are IFR with an Airliner and without FSL in 2024... NO I'll stay where my FSL is Next if I am looking into my ORBX Central, so many 2020 Scenery I own are still not compatible with 2024 and I am not sure if they will made avail for 2024 without a "update fee".... which f* me really off. I am the last one not willing to spend money on good products and I know that Devs also need money to develop but come on. I think that's wrong

  41. Hi Kevin, As you know and have said, its impossible to give a date or even an approximation. If you have v5 then I would go with that for the moment. The VFE is still in place however don't be fooled into thinking it's a simple plane to "only" fly.

  44. Right, what's going on guys, with all things taken on board, is the concorde development struggling? We all know, the development of a new aircraft is a lengthy project, but come on chaps, what's going on? Is it in trouble?
    1 point
  45. A phased out aircraft and especially one without the "glamour" of a 747, would most likely be an exercise in wasted man hours. Sure, it would probably sell some copies but not enough, I believe, to justify the amount of work the devs would have to put into the project, knowing the depth and detail FSLabs is known for. Besides, which version should they choose? A poll might help if they ever decide to do an A340 but I don't see that happening.

  46. Hello everyone, It’s really great to see FSLabs making a comeback with the A321, and soon the NEO version as well. I truly hope it will be an excellent aircraft. But I’m here to ask about the A330-300 for MSFS2020. Every day, I check here hoping to find news about the A330, but so far I haven’t seen any definite confirmation that you’re working on it. The aircraft is truly underrepresented in MSFS2020, and the versions available from other developers, even those on 24, don’t really meet expectations. We’re looking forward to an A330 at FSLabs quality. I truly hope FSLabs takes into consideration all the simmers who have been eagerly waiting and asking about the A330. There have been many comments and questions, and it would really mean a lot to the community to receive a clear and honest response regarding whether the A330 is part of your plans or not. We’re genuinely looking forward to it, and thank you for your continued hard work.

  48. Nice little trip to do and makes it more immersive having two really high quality sceneries. I also messed around and after a lot of trial and error added some wing vapour, contrails and engine smoke which really does bring it to life. A very lightly loaded G-BOAD got up to Mach 2 in 11 minutes from brakes off and spent 20 minutes at 60,000ft. Astonishing machine.
