Simply Drag the folders into FSLabs/SimObjects/Airplanes

Concerning the ROU (Air Canada rouge) Airline, 
make sure that the airline_icao_code is equal to ROU for your corresponding Air Canada rouge liveries.

Example,  
    in FSLabs A319 CFM/texture.C-GITP/fltsim.cfg:
        ...
        ...
        ...airline_icao_code=ROU
        ...
        ...
