This is another repaint I felt was missing for the a319. 

Just Unzip the TExture.N738US folder into your Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\FSLabs\SimObjects\Airplanes\FSLabs A319 CFM folder, or wherever you have your FSLABS installed.
