Purchase And Download Question

Hi,

I attempted to purchase Concorde X this morning by electronic download but am not sure whether it has been successful. I entered the required payment details and selected to buy. At this point I received no confirmation from the website and have received no e-mail to provide details of the purchase and what I need to do to download the software. Please can you advise?

I have reviewed earlier posts and checked my spam folder and there was nothing received. I also checked with the card issuer that I used for payment and there is no request from the site for the payment. Is it possible to check whether the order is outstanding or should the order have completed at the time of my submitting it? Many thanks for any help

Chances are, your purchase did not go through, but you need to discuss this with our support dept. - write an email to support (at) flightsimlabs (dot) com and we can assist - please submit all necessary details as well.
