On October 24, 2003, British Airways withdrew Concorde from commercial operations (19 years ago, today).

3 aircraft landed one after another around 4pm BST; BA 9021C, 9010C, and the regularly scheduled BA002 from Kennedy. The others coming from Edinburgh, Scotland and the Bay of Biscay.

27 years and 9 months of successful supersonic operation came to a close. We all miss her dearly.

Technically not the last Concorde landing, that was GBOAF landing at Filton, forget the date but I did an air to air video of it flying the approach into Filton, together with Les Brodie's bounce on touchdown.

Unfortunately I have lost the footage.
