Pierre Chassang 108
It seems you don't use Version 3.0.0.105 Cheers Pierre Link to post
replica17 0
Okay, where can I get 105? This is what I see on the website: http://grab.by/EFg6 Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
There: http://bouyguestelecom.pogoplug.com/s/C26k6yOe7m8/ Overwrite the exe. Cheers Pierre Link to post
replica17 0
Thank you sir! That fixed that problem. Now I get this when trying to compute fuel: http://grab.by/EHjG Also when I try to ADD ROUTE, it says already added. But I've never added it before. Then when I try to load it it says ADD ROUTE first... Sorry ;p Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi, Please send me the .pln incriminated. Cheers Pierre Link to post

Pierre Chassang 108
Hi, Just tried BIRKEHAM plan Works well for me. See here please: http://bouyguestelecom.pogoplug.com/s/s18Uiobcwj8/ Cheers Pierre Link to post
replica17 0
Ok I've found a way for now. I must always first ADD ROUTE, then load it in. I cannot load a route that was already added before. I didnt get the error at fuel calculation now so it worked completely. Thanks! P.S. There is a little spelling mistake. At the end with the complete report it says "Flight plannig complete" it must be "Flight Planning complete" Link to post
Ray Proudfoot 536
Replica, Just a comment on your route. Are you planning to remain supersonic over Scotland? A better route would be to turn to the east and then down over the North Sea. Don't want the Scots getting annoyed with you! Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi Replica, You just have to add route one time. When it get S- prefix, you only have to load. OK for remark, I will correct it ASAP Thanks Pierre Link to post
replica17 0
Replica, Just a comment on your route. Are you planning to remain supersonic over Scotland? A better route would be to turn to the east and then down over the North Sea. Don't want the Scots getting annoyed with you! Haha you're right. I adjusted it. @ Pierre: I get the http error again when loading the route. I don't know what triggers it. Because sometimes it comes and sometimes not.. Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi, This is due to NOAA wx server instability. CPS is not guilty... Cheers Pierre Link to post
Derek Struye 8
I certainly hope the Liste des Utilisateurs-Donateurs VIPyou have on your opening page of your web site is not the complete list of donors. Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi VeryBumpy, Have I forgot a donator? Who?, please. Pierre Link to post
Derek Struye 8
I'm not concerned about someone being forgotten. I guess my point was if that is the complete donor list, it is VERY short and disappointing. I'm shocked more people have not given you some money for your efforts, Pierre. Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi, That's life! As you know, when you propose a free product with donation option, only very few people donate. As I don't wanna sell CPS, I have to accept this statement. (I've chosen it). That not affects my passion for Concorde and my determination to improve CPS again and again for my pleasure and your. Cheers Pierre Link to post
Magnus Meese 14
Okay, this morning this error occured: http://imgur.com/VuJPtar It happens when I've chosen an airport and switch to the Route Tab, from here nothing works. After adding and loading the route, a new script error occurs without line/char-pointers, but with this url: http://maps.gstatic.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/20/0/intl/no_ALL/main.js, and then "could not complete the operation due to error 80020101" . No map is loading on the route page either, so I guess that's the problem. I didn't realize how dependant I'd become of CPS, but now my Concorde is grounded Edit: For your next update, perhaps consider making the program independent of the online sources? I mean, all the performance calculations could still work even though the map displays and weather sources are corrupted via manually entering the vital data (METAR etc). Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi Meese, It seems there is a problem with map server connexion. Will have a look on this. In the actual state, I can't turn CPS independent of online sources. This would cost too much money to buy map component. May be If the donors were more numerous... Cheers Pierre Link to post
Magnus Meese 14
What about providing an offline option without the maps? I mean, the route is already drawn in the flight planning software, CPS for me is about properly calculating weights, fuel and performance, which it is excelent at. Perhaps an offline mode available for donators? Does donations remove the pop-ups in the client, by the way? Link to post
Ray Proudfoot 536
Hi Pierre, I haven't used Concorde for some time but I am now looking to fly some routes. I have installed CPS v3.0.0.104 and updated the exe to 3.0.0.105. After launching it I press Yes to continue past the two Script Error messages and then select Control Panel. I click on Default Paths and point to the location of FSX.exe and where I store my Concorde plans. I then choose Apply. If I then exit CPS I get the following error message... Not being a French speaker I'm afraid that means nothing to me. Any chance of multi-lingual messages? Will you be supporting Active Sky Next any time soon? I upgraded from AS2012 last year. I will certainly make a donation irrespective of whether you can support ASN or not but it would be nice if you could. Pierre, Sorry, another odd message. After entering the ICAO of the departure airport I select Add Route and select a FSX compatible flight plan. When I try to load it I get the following message:- Nom de fichier incorrect - %s. I press OK but the plan isn't loaded. Also, why can't the program be minimised? It stays on the desktop despite the minimise button being pressed. Very strange. Anyone else getting these errors. It seemed more stable in earlier versions. Sorry if that disappoints. Link to post
Magnus Meese 14
It's the same problem I've described just above, it started today (timing, eh?). The client Pierre have created collects data from various online sources, and a corruption in the source providing the map data is causing problems, the ones you are experiencing now. This means effectively that the software for now can't be used. Understandably, these sorts of external problems can take time to resolve, so we're back to rough estimates using pen, paper and calculators for now, (try the tips in the last post in this thread for example), while Pierre works his magic (basically for free!). Derek Struye 8
Same issue here. CPS does not work no matter if I pick yes or no. Script error. An error has occurred in the script on this page. Line:1 Char.1 Error: Could not get the display property. Invalid argument. Code:0 URL: http://maps.gstatic.com/maps-api-v3/api/ js/ 20/ 0/ onion.js Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? yes.no Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hello, Google map used by CPS has modified his scripts from february 17. I'm working on a fix. Best regards Pierre Link to post
Ray Proudfoot 536
Thank you Pierre. I appreciate external changes of data present a major headache for you. Hopefully once fixed these things will stay stable. Meese. Thanks. I'll await the next build. Link to post
Jonathan Fong 99
Same here. Eagerly awaiting the new build. Thanks for this amazing app and hope to fly Concorde again in the virtual skies of VATSIM soon! EDIT: Why not just save the map for offline use? It isn't exactly required to use a very detailed map for flight planning (just denoting the continents), and that way there can be an offline mode where we enter the METAR info/set the custom weather data. Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hello Captains, Google maps issue is fixed. See CPS web page. Blue skies Pierre PS. @Fcisuperguy: I'm thinking to your suggestion...Thanks. 1 Link to post
Magnus Meese 14
Thank you so much for your work, Pierre! Look out for another one of those donations. Link to post
Ray Proudfoot 536
Pierre, I've uninstalled the earlier version and installed build 105 but I continue to get the script error. I see the Donate screen very briefly and then the same two script error messages appear. Clicking Yes or No has no effect. If I supply the paths to FSX and Flight Plans when I exit CPS I still get the same error. Link to post
Herby Gore 8
Hi Pierre, Same here. I've just downloaded and installed the latest version and still have this error regarding google maps. Anyway, thanks again for your work . Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Strange, here is a test made there are few minutes. http://bouyguestelecom.pogoplug.com/s/tGCeGHFQyUQ/ Would you tell me more please Pierre Link to post
Derek Struye 8
Sad to report, 105 still does not work here either. I immediately get an error when I click the Route button like so.... I can click past this error when selecting Yes. Another error window pops up that is same but has no info listed. Click Yes to bypass that one. I then can click Route Data:Load button. I select the file then get the following error window... Then I Yes through 2 more same window errors and finally end up with "Could not complete the operation due to error 80020101". CPS is then lockuped completely and I have to close it down with the X at the upper RH corner. Link to post
Ray Proudfoot 536
Hi Pierre, Very strange especially when it works for you. I'm seeing the same as very Bumpy. Here is my cps.cfg if it helps. I am also running as an administrator. [PATHS]FSX=D:\FSXFS9=FSXNetwork=FSXFS9Network=FS9RoutesX=E:\Users\Proudfoot\Documents\Flight Simulator X Files\ConcordeRoutes9=ActiveSky=DefaultWxSource=0ASNetwork=ASLengthUnit=1ActiveSkyPgm=FsVersion=0MultiVersion=1[LOAD]DefaultPAX=50DefOBS1=0DefOBS2=0DefFltAttForw=1DefFltAttCent=1DefFltAttRear=1DefG1=200DefG24=200DefG56=200DefG7=200CircuitIN=0[FUEL]DefHoldT=45DefHoldFl=60DefSubStD=260DefSubStDF=100DefSubStA=300DefSubStAF=100DefSubFl=200DefTaxiF=1000DefExtraF=0[AIRCRAFT]DefFlight=AFRDefAircraft=F-BTSDDefToCg=10DefAntiNProc=1DefNrD=1DefNrB=15[MISC]GribSource='http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/filter_gfs_1p00.pl'WxChartsSource=http://www.aviationweather.gov/data/iffdp/MetarSource=http://www.ogimet.com/display_metars2.php/ One question. Why does theGribSource entry require ' around the path when the others don't? If you completely remove CPS and reinstall you should be able to reproduce the problem. if not perhaps Windows Language is a factor? LATER: That GribSource looks suspect. If you click on the link it doesn't work but will if the final ' is removed. The other two links are okay. Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi Captains, @Ray: If en route weather is correctly downloaded this haven't importance. Removed and reinstalled CPS on my computer, all works well here. Would you try to use the ".reg" file here and report please? http://bouyguestelecom.pogoplug.com/s/saSsQdNw_gA/ Cheers Pierre Link to post
Ray Proudfoot 536
Hi Pierre, I don't have a cps.reg file. Is this a registry fix? If so, how do I use it? Just double-click? Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Ho! Sorry, Yes double click on it please. Link to post
Ray Proudfoot 536
Double-clicked it. Chose Yes. Installed okay. Tried running CPS but still get same script errors even after reboot. I did get slightly further on before those errors appeared and this time got this one after choosing a route... Link to post
Derek Struye 8
FYI, tried the .reg fix. No change, same CPS error pattern. Does it matter what IE version we have perhaps? Link to post
Richard Portier 23
Hello, I just discovered your program that seems very interesting. Unfortunately, I also have the same problem reported here. Tried too the .reg fix. Kind Regards, Richard Portier Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Thanks for reports, Will try to solve this ASAP Cheers Pierre Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
Hi, The issue is identified as a registry key missing, but not solved yet. I'm working on it... 1 Link to post
Pierre Chassang 108
If you get a W7 x64 would you test this reg file please and report. Double click on it then restart CPS (Not the computer) http://bouyguestelecom.pogoplug.com/s/vClmRdbv2Vo/ Thanks Pierre Link to post
