Ive found a purchase in the email you are using and added it.  The names don't match though.

I have sent an email to the support but I have the same email in the product I bought and in the forum! I have to do some other action?

Good afternoon, I also can't download liveries.
I have purchased and installed the products correctly but have not received the purchase notification email. I managed the setup with the popup of successful purchase from the FSL site.
I can't even change the Forum User Display Name.

I found your SL purchase.  Using a different email (typo).  It will take a few minutes to sort things out.

Purchase email received.
Liveries donwload work. Forum User Display Name changed.
