Data lost

I purchased the A320 on January 4 of this year, 2021, and needed to reinstall it in another location, but when I checked my email the data had disappeared (order serial, etc.). How can I do to retrieve this information. I must have mistakenly deleted it. The company has my email and proof of payment via PayPal. My name is:

Send an email to support@flightsimlabs.com and it might take 48 business hours for response. But you could be lucky with a support member reading this post and doing it a bit earlier.
