No automatic account product activation (RESOLVED)

Hi all,

I just bought the A320, however I am unable to download any liveries etc. It says I don't have permission. Does the automatic process take a while? I've tried logging out and in again.

if you have used a different email for the forum vs the purchase the system will not automatically add the product ownership rights. this should be near instant. otherwise email support@flightsimlabs.com with order details so that they can merge your two accounts.
