Licenses Problem

This error pops up when entering the license key;

Please an Authorized person help me, I sent an e-mail, but no one has returned yet.

Not: I only use it on one computer but i usually reset the computer.

Activations take 2 business days.  To confirm you sent an email to support@ ?

I got it I sent it about 2 days ago, how long do you think it will take to reply.

And i am sorry for my english not so good

You requested this earlier today however activations are only looked at Monday to Friday and take 2 days.

No.  Its not something your support team are able to do.  I fell foul of the same issue with P3D following a HDD crash on a Friday evening - much like your request.  It was midweek before they were able to reset for me.
