No prepar3d V4 or V5 found. Installer will now exit

lease find the attached image. After extracting the tile FS labs a320 file, when I try to open the setup file, I get the error as seen in the attached image. I have installed the Prepard V5 from Lockheed Martin. 
Where is the problem?

I have made the two important entries bold.

According to your registry you installed P3Dv5 in a folder called "New Folder" however its not there.

The easiest way to fix this is to uninstall P3D, restart your PC and reinstall P3D.
