Would be possible to get an updated roadmap please? I have lost track of all the updates we are expecting including those for the A319/A320. Thank you! :)

I am with you on that. A revised roadmap would be useful.

Hello guys, I appreciate all of the hype going on already and I am super excited to see all the anticipation reaching amazing levels! In fact, I wanted to share that, while we don't expect t

Hi all – As Lefteris commented on, one of my favourite areas of the updated models, besides the PBR, is the cabin windows. Each window has now been remodelled in detail - and we've also modelled

I've elected to stay away from this until now as it gives people an opportunity to joke around, vent their frustrations on a "perceived delay" of our release (even though I've explained the reasons be

Looking forward to the sharklets. They open up many possibilities when choosing an airline.

Of course I have big hopes they also work on the MCDU.

Absolutely. FMGS/MCDU needs to be worked on to reflect a recent software standard, preferrably one that came with recent ceo sharklets off the production line.

Also, looking forward to the sharklets for the somewhat increased range.

Software they're using now in the sharks is S8

Yes, we know that and it's cool. That alone doesn't tell a lot about how complete the software will be, unfortunately. Because the current software version is not complete either.

Hmm, unless andy can say now. they'll probably do a feature list of it on release.

So is it in beta testing and there’s no NDA?

Christ, could you imagine that. Andy & Lefteris would have him for breakfast:lol:

It's FSL, with Photoshop ;) You can clearly see that the colors are not even matching, nor is the lighting. That sharklet was put in there via photo manipulation. A very good one though. But the rough edge around the junction and the color mismatch gives it away.

You see these pop up months before release. When the a321 got released last year i think we saw the a321 flying at the beginning of that year even.

Correct. I'd not be happy to see the S8 somewhere stated in a maintenance page of the MCDU, but of course would want to see the complete (as it can be within the constraints of P3D) functionality of S8 actually implemented and working.

Yeah but i dont think p3d is very much constraining when it comes to software

@Andrew Wilson

Will we see things like soft go-around mode and the new ISIS ?

Little detail as well but the database name should be in big characters, I guess it comes with the later softwares :D
Btw, you could add a "database_name=" option in the reg.cfg to replace the first three characters of the database name for those who fly multiple airlines (which IRL all have different first 3 chars). I personally rename the database and it does the trick anyway but just saying ;)

@David Norfolk Well for me it might be a Eurowings A320 rotation from Cologne or Salzburg. A Condor A321 flight to Kos/Skiathos or something like that. Or even a Sunclass longhaul to the canary islands from Gothenburg! They are all my favourite sceneries in the sim currently. What about you?

How long was there between the A321 appearing on the product page and release?

I believe I did read somewhere that FSLabs will also simulate the performance impacts that the sharklets come with
