There is a lot of going on in the background (wirings, logics, computers) - not just the look of the DUs. Okay, which of the items relevant in flightsim are different - and are purely EIS1/2, and not from another facelift/upgrade that Airbus came up with along the line, which don't seem to bother anyone in the dev team or user base in the same way this does? Norman Blackburn 3283
Hi Felipe Unlike most other addons we don’t do things by changing some polygons here and there. Our products literally follow the wiring, logics etc of the real deal. 11 Link to post

I know your comment was meant with some humour in it, but we'd like to be clear on this nonetheless; We don't diss other add-ons, never have and never will. It's a fact that most other developers don't do their aircraft down to the wiring and logic sheets that hold together all individual components. 2 hours ago, Felipe Widmano said: Okay, which of the items relevant in flightsim are different - and are purely EIS1/2, and not from another facelift/upgrade that Airbus came up with along the line, which don't seem to bother anyone in the dev team or user base in the same way this does? Where would I even start? If we were to do an EIS1 A320, we'd obviously not do the most modern version of it, as this would present users with rather little difference to what we have right now, besides the screens looking "round" with some analogue gauges next to it. Of course major components such as the FMGC would already be substantially different when looked at the level that we do. But to make an interesting case for a new add-on, it would need to be a very early model of A320, think 89 vintage and such, those with no GPS equipment on board (Lufthansa still flew them around Europe up until the global shutdown came along). And as such, all systems would need major re-work to end up with a depth and accuracy our customers expect from us. So sadly no, it will not happen. 16 Link to post
