Hi Guys:

If you need to report a problem with any of our products, please do so in a NEW thread in the product forum for which it belongs. It becomes very hard for people with a problem to get their solution if all of a sudden six other problems are attempting to be solved in the same thread.

If you need to report a problem, it helps if we know what system you are using, So...

Please include the following,

1. Nature of problem

2. A screenshot if you can / if it will help

3. Your System Spec's, preferably as follows. If it follows the same pattern every time, we have a quick point of reference.

Operating System - Windows XP, Vista, 7

System Type - 32 Bit or 64 Bit

Processor - E8500 (in my case) at 3.12Ghz (the speed of the processor helps, we don't know them off by heart)

Graphics Card(s) - Nvidia XFX GTX 280 (again in my case) (Also mention if you are running SLI)

Flavour of FSX - Basic, SP1, SP2, Acceleration,

FSX Flying Mode and Resolution - Fullscreen, Windowed, 1024 x 768, or whatever you have set

Other Add-ons - This is items that were also running in the sim at the time of your flight - UTX, FEX, REX, Airport Scenery, etc. Your other Aircraft Add On's are going to make no difference to the performance of the sim when flying Concorde X

Lastly, it's nice to be able to address someone with a real name. If your forum name is dlshgyewc and you haven't signed the post with an actual name; don't expect the response to be Dear dlshgyewc

Cheers

Smiffy
