Preview Video of A320-X in P3D V4

This looks and sounds truly amazing, and as someone who works on the real aircraft I can honestly say this is true to the real aircraft.  You guys have once again raised the bar!

Oh Andrew...this is so cruel....

I suspect that you used to pull wings off flies as a youngster...

This waiting...

Thanks for the update. Realism just got a little nearer....I have a video recording of a couple of RW flights in the A320...from a window seat next to the engine, and those sounds are spot-on...I just drool at that sound as the engines suddenly spool up to that 'push'...awesome.

Well done.

Regards

Bill

Hang on let me just pick my jaw up off the floor...

This looks (and sounds) incredible. I'll be honest, there's part of me that wishes that some of this stuff came as part of SP1, and we could get our hands on the v4 version of this aircraft sooner and be flying. Just having it as it was in v3 with no OOMs would make it the best v4 aircraft right away in my opinion.

When it does release though...WOW. Bar indeed raised.

Excellent work! Sounds nice! Would have loved to see a sound preview from the cockpit! But I'll happily wait for the release!

Looking or well Sounding good :) Wish there would be more of the cockpit shown as honestly, I don't care that much about the external and cabin sound, as I always spend 99% of the time in the cockpit :) Really looking forward to it anyway.

Ughhh im so turned on by this plane! I really cannot wait to have it in P3Dv4 .

Just a question. Will you guys be adding a low poly model from the flight deck so we can see a full shadow of the aircraft from the virtual cockpit. One of my annoyances with several developers is that I see a skeleton for the aircraft when landing. Really a buzz kill if you ask me.

Thanks for this update.

The PTU sound bought back a memory of when my dog actually barked after hearing the PTU ! :)

I just watched this, and it's absolutely amazing. One thing: I presume you do simulate the engine fans rotating slowly in the wind? Or am I just imagining that the fans are still turning at Belfast Intl? I'd have thought Innsbruck was as windy as Belfast :)

That's available in the current build if memory serves me well. I think i saw that on one of my flights out of st marteen

it is.

They also turn at different speeds if the body of the airplane shelters the corresponding engine

Stunned...again. Excellent sound set! Love the revised PTU sound in this version! Also, although we won't hear it from the cockpit, glad to hear you've included the wheel brake clunking too. One of several ways to know you're on an A320 if placed there with a blindfold on. Appreciate all your team's dedication to this product!

Thanks,

Aaron

Thanks for all the feedback guys! We're keen to show off some more very soon.

We've added a large number of PTU sounds, so they'll sound different every time you fly.

I love the attention to detail. That is what the Majestic Q400 to life and it is the same here. People underestimate the sounds a lot. The ones on the FSL Airbus suck you right into the immersion. I am really looking forward to SP1 and the big leap the plane will make. Hopefully we see some performance improvments as well and also a solid SDK to Fs2Crew can start working.

amazing, please add a cold and dark state in the fmc, even aerosoft with there cheap planes have it :-( a 150.00 plane deserves better than that.

Don't think you can hear the PTU at all from the flightdeck.

This looks fantastic, looking forward to this, and your upcoming professional version (any news?).

No, unless you open the flightdeck doors of course :)

Fantastic attention to detail, almost to the point of overkill IMO.

I know you can change the cabin announcements, but is it possible to change the boarding music? A lot of airlines don't use classical music for boarding/deboarding.
