I've already started a support tickect on my issue but I'm having little progress with that so I want to make a forum topic.

The support ticket told me to follow these instructions, which I did but the same problem still occurs. https://forums.flightsimlabs.com/index.php?/topic/6820-installation-instructions-for-fsx-and-p3d/

So my problem is I'm having a problem when trying to install the Concorde X for FSX:SE. (v1.39)
It happens at the same point and time where I get to the point where I am asked to input my licence key. I copy in paste my key. Then, I click next. Right when I press next, a popup show up that says Setup/Uninstall has stopped working. Then the program closes. (I have a video that shows what happens if this explanation does not make sense to you, but it shows my product key so if this doesn't make sense, i'll attach a video.

I've attached a .evtx file which contains a bunch of events from Windows Event Viewer in which some could be related to the crash of the installer and might help one of you guys pinpoint the reason why this is crashing. I'll list what 4 of them say but don't just use this information and please look at the attached file if you think you can help me because there are a lot more logs in the attachment that could help you.
