    Hi , want to refund the soft i bought after two days. I payed over the regular page the full price. After the refund claim , i got the following massage form the support. While we completely understand your frustration towards this regrettable situation, the offer of a refund is applicable only to paid purchasers of our A320-X for P3Dv4.Since your upgrade was completely free of charge, we are unable to refund the purchase price in this instance.The previous versions of our software did not contain the DRM at issue and we feel it is not reasonable to offer refunds to cu

    Hello I support fslab since the launch of A320 for FSX and then P3D the refund would be full 140$ from the installation my computer opens only the simulator and explore chrome , never imagine that something like this could happen sorry

    Refund Policy

    Hello. I am really unsatisfied with the product. It is buggy and always get CTDs. Sometimes my sound is missing or my P3dv4 is crashing. I investigate the forum for some solutions but it is still not a satisfaction to fly with it. It looks like the Airbus also messed up my P3dv4. 140$ is a lot of money. Is there any refund available? I hope this topic won#t be delete it. I´m just asking friendly. Greetings Dominik
