    n00b - MCDU question

    Hello, I feel silly asking this, but I really can't find the answer anywhere. I'm building oy own MCDU, and I am a bit confused on how to get the MCDU screen onto my external display. I have the screen working correctly and set up in windows etc. I just can't for the life of me work out how to get the 2D panel to pop out as just the screen, and not the whole MCDU. I've searched this forum and have seen plenty of people talking about it, and even seeen a screenshot or two, but havent been able to find out HOW to do it. Is there a better way to be doing it, I just assumed that undocking and dragging it to the external monitor would be fine? Thanks in advance!
  2. Hi all, I have seen several posts about resizing the MCDU undocked panel using the panel config. I was wondering if it is possible to actually clip the panel as well. I would like to cut the panel in order to leave only the actual display showing without the buttons and frame. The same would also be very usefull for the ISIS and DCDUs. Here is a picture of my prototype MCDU. As you can see I can drag and resize the undocked panel to fit, but the frame and buttons show up on my other screens.

    Input homecockpit

    Hi all, I was just wondering with the latest update 5.0.1.114...the changelog states: Input handling Now allows keyboard as well as joystick button inputs to be set Auto configuration for Thrustmaster Airbus hardware Does this only apply to the TCA hardware? Or do (DIY) homecockpit builders also benifit? Eg have all inputs become available, even korryswitches etc without the need for macro's? Has the simulation of the Sidestick Priority system been implemented as well? Since you can select the TCA sidestick to either pilot or copilot, that would greatly improve the immersion. Thanks for any info.
  4. Hi all, For my homecockpit up to now I've been using mainly LeoBodnar control cards together with SpadNext to interface my hardware (buttons and LEDs). I would like to start using the Arduino Mega 2560 card with Mobiflight for my future MCDU project because I don't think SpadNext (fully) supports Arduino. Does anybody have any experience with this combination that he could share? I think the 2560 board has 52 PWM/Digital/communication pins that can all be use to assign to buttons? All MCDU buttons have rotorbrake codes that can be assigned using FSUIPC. Will these work with Mobiflight? Thanks for any help. Vincent
  5. Hi folks, For my homecockpit I can succesfully undock (from the VC) all PFD, ND and ECAM displays to drag and save them to the appropriate position on my monitors. It would be great if this became possible for the ISIS and DBI screens as well. Would it be possible to facilitate this in the next 320X update? Or is there already a way to do this? Cheers! Vincent

    Updates and roadmap

    A very nice announcement about the coming update...but no mention anymore of the earlier announced Homecockpit version. Well I guess it is not "By the end of the year" yet. Come on FSLabs, give us hardware users and Homecockpit builders something to interface the 320X to.
  7. - A note for our FSLabs A32X Home Cockpit and Professional Versions future customers: We are working with select hardware providers who have been eager to lend us their products so that we can ensure full and correct compatibility. Delays in releasing compatibility kits have been inevitable due to the various simulator platforms being released simultaneously. We hope and expect to have something for our customers by the end of the year. I'm so excited!!! (;
