  1. *** UPDATE - PROBLEM SOLVED *** Hello everyone, Firstly, thanks to everyone who chimed in with help and advice. I am really pleased to tell you that I have fixed this issue. After months of frustration, head scratching and hypothesising, I realised that taking the detailed approach to the problem wasn't getting me anywhere. Based on the comments received, and the solutions I tried, there was no single consistent area that people identified as being the likely cause of the problem, which indicated to me that there was probably a bigger picture in play. Making large changes to voltag
  2. Hello community! I currently run FSX and FSL on an i5-7400 CPU, but has recently been thinking about changing my current i5 to an i7 - thus (possibly) also changing my motherboard. After days of research I'm yet to find any solid answer as to what may be the best replacement. So, my question to you: Based on the fact that I want to continue using FSX and the 32bit version of the FSL, what'll be the best CPU to replace my current one? I've done research on the H310 motherboard to pair with the i7 8700, i7 9700F, or else using the i7 7700, i7 6700 on the current MoBo. Now, I

    Opinions on CPU Temp

I'm interested in hearing from anyone using an i9 9900K processor, specifically about the CORE/package temps experienced when flying the A320/19. I run a Corsair H115i closed loop water cooler with desktop idle temps of around 35-40C and around 55-60 in P3D v4.5 (A320x) on the ground. However, once in the air, I am getting a constant 80-95C core/package temp which is just too high. The instantaneous nature of the temp spikes that accompany the average temp confirm that the temp of the hottest core is being measured and the associated rise in cooler water temp indicates to me that my coole
  4. Has anyone seen a large increase in their CPU temps after the latest update? I have changed absolutely nothing before or after the update. Previously, my CPU ran at around 45-60c but since updating to P3D4.2 and the latest 320X, it is constantly hitting 75-85 which is way too high. I am not seeing the same behaviour with other aircraft though. HT is off by the way.
  5. Good day, I was just wondering if the requirements of the Fslabs a320x would suit my system as im too scared to purchase because I fear of bad lag. Notice: I do understand it is not out for Prepar3D v4 yet. On an average with every setting in P3D with max settings (V4) I get 30-50fps on ground with servere weather. ^ This is in aircrafts PMDG737. If in aircraft TFDI717 I get on average 20-40fps bad weather and on vatsim with real world weather. I was looking at your pass marks and this was my results. Is this okay?
