vPilot Pushover and Hoppie Notifications 0.4

About This File

This plugin to vPilot will relay incoming messages to Pushover and/or Hoppie ACARS.

When using Pushover, messages will arrive directly on your configured mobile devices.

When using Hoppie ACARS, the message is sent as a telex which can subsequently be picked up by the ATSU sub-system.

FSLabs' ATSU can in turn can also automatically sent such incoming telex messages to Pushover so you don't need to enable both at the same time. You might opt to enable both to ensure the plugin works in both modes as this is still early beta code and there are undoubtedly some bugs to work out.

Released

Fixed an issue where incoming messages relayed to Hoppie ACARS don't always manage to be sent. The From callsign was set to the actual callsign of the station messaging you but if that person was also themselves logged into Hoppie, this would fail as you can't use your logon code to impersonate somebody else that's logged on.

All messages to Hoppie will now always be constructed as coming from yourself. This makes the entry on ATSU Received Messages not as nice as you can't immediately see who messaged you until you open up the message. The sender's callsign is displayed on the first line of the message.

It's not as nice but at least all messages should arrive this way until a better method is figured out.
